Yes. The photoreal mockup is exactly what we install — same rooflines, same trees, same warm-white glow. We design to the image you approve, so there are no surprises on install day. What you see is what goes up.

Steady, warm-white light at 2700K — the soft, classic glow of a well-lit home, never flashing, color-changing, or neon. Mounting hardware is hidden, so in daylight your home looks clean and untouched and at night the light is all you see.

We use hidden mounting with no visible clips and runs tucked along trim and gutter lines, so the installation disappears in daylight. Nothing is stapled into your roof, and everything comes down cleanly at the end of the season.

The Minimum is a clean roofline outline — commercial C9 bulbs at premium spacing. The Classic adds the roof ridgeline, window outlines, and a fresh wreath on the front door. The Signature is everything in the Classic plus a front-yard tree wrapped in light. Every package includes the auto timer, professional install, and January takedown — and we design a mockup of each so you can choose with your eyes.

Our install window runs roughly November 1 through December 15. Once you reserve a date you'll get a scheduled day with a two-hour arrival window, so you're not waiting around. Booking early gets you the best choice of dates.

Usually not — as long as our crew can reach the front of the home and any power outlets we need, most installs happen without you lifting a finger. We'll confirm the details with you ahead of time so everything's ready on your scheduled day.

Yes. We're a local Sacramento-area crew serving Granite Bay and the surrounding communities, and we're fully insured and bonded. You're hiring a neighbor, not a national franchise dropping in for the season.

It is. Free takedown is part of every package — we come back after January 15 and have everything down by January 31. You never have to climb a ladder, coil a single strand, or store anything. We handle the whole season, start to finish.

A 50% deposit reserves your install date and locks in 2026 pricing. The balance is due once your lights are up and you're happy with the result. Reserving early is the surest way to get the date you want during our busiest weeks.

Yes — your deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled install. If plans change inside that window, give us a call and we'll do our best to help. We want you booking with confidence, not pressure.

The Minimum package starts at $750, the Classic at $1,475, and the Signature at $2,150 — every package includes the auto timer, professional install, and January takedown. Homes beyond the included roofline footage add $7 per linear foot, confirmed at your free consult. Your photo is stored privately and used only to design your preview. We strip GPS location data from every image on upload, and we never sell or share your information. It's your home and your photo — we treat it that way.
